General Ledger Matrix Saves Time and Increases Accuracy

The G/L Matrix solution allows users to maintain "sets" of G/L Account numbers which are used to update the Product Master and/or Corporate Warehouse Inventory files.

This matrix is cataloged by a hierarchy as defined by Product Class, Alpha Search Code, and Synonym Codes 1, 2, and 3. When invoked, the update program will process through your Product master (and Corporate W/H Inventory (if selected)) updating matching product G/L Account numbers based on the hierarchy specified.

The update function provides a blanket update to specified Product Master and Corporate Warehouse Inventory files.
