Bolt-On Applications for PRMS™ 

Multi-Plant Costing    Synchronizes the Standard Cost between the Plant Level Product Master and the Corporate Warehouse Inventory file.   Allows the specific Plants Standard Cost to be tracked at the Corporate level.  An Inventory Revaluation at the Plant Product level and Corporate Warehouse level is processed to book appropriate Journal Entries.

G/L Matrix   Maintains a matrix of G/L Account numbers which are used to mass update the Product Master and/or Corporate Warehouse Inventory files.

Multi-Company Sign-On    Allows a single user profile to access multiple conpanies and/or plants during the sign-on process..

Contact Management    Maintains in one location,  Notes and Action Items regarding a specific Customer or Vendor.   The ability to invoke various staff members (or groups) to perform actions (call back, send literature, future action) is easily accomplished.  Keeps important information in one single location with history for all to utilize.

Product Activity   Maintains in one location,  Notes and Action Items regarding specific Product(s).  Ability to invoke actions to be performed by various staff members (or groups).  Keeps important information in one single location with history for all to utilize.

Usage Report  The Usage Reporting tool allows authorized staff members to view, by user, demands on your AS/400.  Demand can be displayed or printed which shows when a user(s) signed on, signed off, and the elapsed time of the AS/400 session.  Optionally you can request to view which PRMS™ options were executed during the session(s).

Option Level Security   This enhancement resolves the issue of limited functionality with vanilla Menu Master Option Security.   A new utility program provides the capability to control option level security from the User Profile aspect.  You may enter a User Profile and maintain all the options that the User Profile is authorized to.  More importantly, you can copy authorities from one User Profile to another.  In effect this allows you to create a super User easily!  You may combine multiple User Profile authorities to the super User.  The copy process is additive and no duplicates are created. You can then edit the super User by adding or deleting additional options.  With SCL-APS Option Level Security every User Profile authority can be uniquely customized.

Install   This Product processes the logic required to create new company members in both the base PRMSâ database, and the stand-alone modules; Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Human Resource and Payroll.  If you are looking to create a full pilot and/or test company in your database let our Install solution do the work.

School House (Under Development)   The School House solution is for those users who wish to generate test environments in their PRMS database.  This flexible solution allows you to specify which Customers and/or Products you wish to include in your test environment.  Additionally you may specify to include or exclude any of the historical data (inventory transactions, customer orders, etc.).  From and To members (Companies/Plants) are also part of the criteria you supply.  If you are consistently refreshing test data on your system let our School House product work for you.

Journal Entry Templates   The G/L Journal Entry Template solution consists of  two parts;  first,  there is a new and improved G/L Journal Entry program.  Functionality has been added which makes the Journal Entry process flexible and easy to understand and use.   Along with the Journal Entry program comes a new entity known as  the G/L Journal Entry Template.  Use templates to create groups of journal entry templates which then can be easily copied into batches and manipulated each and every month.
